I found a problem with GradeMate, how do I submit a Bug Report?
You can submit a Bug Report by going to the Bug Report page. There you can describe the problem you found and send it to us. We don't require any contact information but its helpful if you give us a name and email address because we like to keep in contact with you after you send us your bug.
I have a great new idea for GradeMate, where can I submit a feature request?
We love new ideas, so keep them coming to us. If you thought of something you'd like to see in GradeMate, navigate to the Feature Request page, fill out the form and send it to us. We can't guarantee that you'll see you new idea up right away, but we always try to include features our users send us.
I've submitted a bug or feature request but I haven't heard back from anyone. What gives?
We try to respond to all emails (including bug reports and feature requests) within 1 business day. If we haven't gotten back to you within that time, we apologize, and know that it's probably due to general busyness. Feel free to send contact us again if its an emergency, and make sure to specify that in the email subject line.
